  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

     
  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification containing your shipping tracking link and courier details to track your package in real-time.

6. Undelivered Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. If the shipment is returned to us, extra shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
